Jeremy Haigh is the founder of Apogee having spent 25 years in the property and utility industries. A graduate of Westminster University with a degree in Estate Management, he started his career in Telecommunications Network and Company property acquisition and planning then moved into fibre network utility consents, claims and information management with a particular interest in the evolving Geospatial systems management of information. He took part in the BSi PAS 128 steering group with a particular QL – D specialism. He has advised the HSE on the content of HSG 47. He is an expert in property development, planning, utility solutions and consulting for developers and infrastructure scheme promoters and their development supply chain.

George Ashcroft has over 15 years experience of geological, planning and utilities and holds an Msc in Oil & Gas Management. A skilled researcher, George has a forensic eye for detail, ensuring that due diligence is conducted thoroughly and efficiently. George also has considerable financial skills and is a trained resource analyst. As a member of a major Unitary Authority, George helped to deliver multi-million pound regeneration projects involving multiple agencies. He has extensive business experience and is a specialist in employee relations and TUPE.

Gemma brings a decade of delivery management and problem solving to our projects. She enjoys ensuring that our deliverables are in line with our scopes, are on time and meet with our client’s satisfaction. She is also responsible for our Quality and Business Management Systems.

Deborah manages our HR systems and completes all our back-office management. She has 20 years of experience of managing administration systems and brings a passion for developing people and encouraging them to achieve their potential.

Paul has years of experience in property development and refurbishment projects. With a relentless focus on the customer Paul has an affable personality and manages our client relationships. Paul deals with some of our more complex projects concentrating on our Local Authority submission work and the management of our interface with utility companies.

Keith Smith

Site and Services Manager

Keith brings decades of contracting and site experience to the business. Responsible for all our site work, site measuring and marking up as well as our CAD deliveries. Keith also manages our company Health and Safety systems and policies.

Searches & Research Manager

A graduate of Aberystwyth University David is great at research. He has extensive experience of utility and consents searching as well as a strong knowledge of the governing statutes and utility processes that underpin what we do and what matters to our clients. David also enjoys getting out of the office with Keith.
