We have many decades of experience in planning advice and planning applications. Projects include:

We prefer to serve our clients directly, but we are also willing to serve their architects, agents and investment management companies and operate our services within tightly defined scopes agreed with the client. Our initial client consultation, within our normal operating area, is provided free of charge and without obligation.
We particularly specialise in applications on development sites for contentious uses. These include sui generis planning uses, utility and telecommunication property requirements as well as waste processing sites.
Whilst each client’s requirement differs, and fees vary on the requirement, we operate a fixed fee approach so that the client knows from the outset what our fees are to be.
We operate a one-time fee promise. Provided that clients embark on the initial application having followed our advice any subsequent tactical or repeat applications are carried out free of charge until a satisfactory consent is achieved. We reserve the right to charge for any appeal should that be necessary.
For planning applications and appeals, they can be as low as £500 + VAT + Local Authority Fees or Planning Inspectorate fees. Obviously, the client carries all other costs including any photomontage work, environmental assessment, archaeology, flooding or nature conservation assessment costs. Our fee will include the negotiation, agreement and discharge of any condition and section 60, 106 or 278 requirements.
We have also been known to lead and assist pressure groups to prevent inappropriate proposals or over development and stop contentious applications. Sometimes this work is done pro bono depending on the type of development and its location.
