A more basic search for those pre-legal acquisition wanting to complete an initial screen on the potential for utility conflict, searching just the key utilities. The service covers all of the independent operators (IGTs & IDNOs) and the more dangerous utilities. Can be ordered with or without a water or drainage search for those who have already obtained a CON 29. You should buy a Full Search or top-up and follow the advice in HSG 47 and PAS 128 before you dig.
